Amenities Gone Wild? In commercial real estate, the term “amenity creep” is generally defined as the continual addition of new perks and features for better competitive positioning. It’s a phenomenon that started in the hospitality industry years ago, but has more recently expanded to other property types, mainly office and multi-family. In the 2019 edition of Emerging Trends in Real Estate, published by the Urban Land Institute and PwC, it was suggested that the trend is out of control. Is this really the case? We'll explore this topic in detail at the Amazon Spheres with a panel of experts.
The guest list for this event was compiled by the panel and represents notable people in the local commercial real estate market, including architects, designers, developers, investors, and more. It’s a complimentary event, by invitation only, and space will be limited to the first 50 registered guest. The panel discussion will be preceded by a tour of the Amazon Spheres and followed by a networking reception.
