Overview of Meeting

FIABCI-Seattle has partnered with the Income Property Committee of WMBA for a luncheon that will include a panel discussion on topics related to shared workspace companies as tenants in office buildings. What are the pros and cons of loans that are collateralized by such properties? We want to unpack that question with a panel of experts, consider it from multiple perspectives, and give everyone something to think about after the luncheon. Since shared workspace is likely to be with us for the foreseeable future, it’s an issue that bankers are going to continue to encounter.
