Overview of Meeting

With a new presidential administration taking office in January, it’s time to plan and prepare for potential tax law changes that could impact commercial real estate investments and operations. This webinar will provide an overview of real estate related tax updates and applicable law changes expected in the new administration, as well as possible changes in the Washington State legislature.

The Seattle Pacific Northwest Council of FIABCI-USA is very pleased to be partnering with the Washington State CCIM Chapter for this event. CCIM is a Principal Member of FIABCI, a membership category that is made available to national real estate associations. Worldwide, there are currently a total of 101 Principal Members in FIABCI. Through collaboration with these associations, we've created an unprecedented, global network of real estate professionals. Contact us if your association would like more information about Principal Membership.
